Honestly, it was a hassle from start to finish. The car was not ready at my scheduled time, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disinterested. The vehicle had several minor issues which should have been caught beforehand. Definitely not the seamless process I hoped for. Would not recommend this company for hassle-free rentals.

The staff was okay but felt like they were just going through the motions without really caring. Man, I wasn’t feelin’ the car at all. It was all beat up, smelled funky, and made weird noises. Got me all stressed on a trip where I just wanted to chill.
